December 4th - Quiz on Menu Planning and Intro to Menu Project
December 3rd - students will continue with class presentations and finish.
November 30th - Computer day - work on recipe books. Recipe books will be due on Decemer 18th.
November 29th - Class trip to NBCC for the day.
November 28th - Continuing with class presentations. Permission slips need to be in to attend the trip to NBCC.
October 15th - Journals will be 1 day late today, loss of 40 %, no homework
October 12th - Must have journals #1-5 passed in by Monday Oct 15th
